Steve, Anita, Jayne have been great to work with and they were really patient in answering my questions as I was navigating through the process for the first time! There were few hiccups during the process and they were always available to advise me on the options available! Thank you Steve and Team for your support!

Recently bought a property with them, and the service I got from Lisa, Joe, and Rachel in sales progression was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who is planning to buy or sell and would definitely look to use them in the future. Thanks guys you really made the whole process as easy as possible.

Luke is a skilled and helpful agent, who made the whole process super easy. Keira, our property manager, is extremely responsive. She has been remarkably present for any questions or requests we had and it was very clear that solving any issues was a high priority for her. I've had a great experience with Beaumont Gibbs :)

Our sale was managed by Amir and Ross and they were both incredibly communicative and responsive, always a pleasure to talk to and I just felt really safe with them. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I rang around several agents and was sent details of every type of property imaginable, however when I contacted Mann's the lovely cheery lady actually listened to me and said 'I think I have just the property for you' she was so right. The perfect property it was indeed. All the staff at the branch were so helpful and cheerful. Their helpful guidance throughout the process was amazing. They made a normally stressful, difficult time completely painless, and hassle-free. Thank you Mann's ! :)
9th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Really went out of her way to accommodate us, even arranging additional viewings so we could measure and plan our move. Would recommend this company 100%

3rd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I'm a first time home byer and I was finding it hard to find a good mortgage adviser. I was then recommended Audrey at MMS from my cousin who is with them. I spoke to Audrey and she went through all the details and got me a mortgage in principle. Audrey also kept me up to date with better deals as they were coming out to get the best rates. Audrey and her team helped me from start to finish and I felt more relaxed. I would like to say a big thanks to Audrey and her team for everything they have done and I will defiantly keep using them as there service is fantastic. 100%?????

3rd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Never ever let from Chase Evans. The apartment I let had 2 faulty switches which caused multiple electric shock incidents. I complained to my property manager Danish twice after this. I eventually decided to move out of the property because they are not responsive. Adriana in the office told me that Danish is no longer working in Chase Evans and he did not communicate your issue before he left. When I called Adriana's manager, he told me that Danish never left Chase Evans. He just moved teams. Now when I call to ask for my deposit, Adriana never takes the call and ask her colleague to pick it. I don't know her name but she very rudely cuts the phone without giving me the information I need. I am filing a case against them now. Worst experience I ever had dealing with letting agents. Would not recommend at all.

I would highly recommend wisdom estates if you are looking to receive good communication, reliability and proactivity throughout your transaction.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Very professional, genuinely knew the area and market, spoke honestly and plainly (not "salesy") and were competitive in price. I could not say the same for other estate agents I considered. Good at keeping in touch throughout the process and were persistent where needed to get the sale over the line.
