Kier Hawkins gave us sage advice when we put it on the market and supported us and our buyers through the process. We completed in less than 5 months. Excellent service and would highly recommend.
18th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.

I only viewed one flat, which is the one Mark showed me, as I immediately lovely it and he was super helpful and the process from then on was seamless. Any queries I had at the beginning of my move were answered fully and speedily and any issues arising during the tenancy that required the attention of the landlord (through the managing agency AW Childs) have been dealt with appropriately. Moving from owning a property to renting one is a change, and the overall professionalism of AW Childs has made this a good experience for me.

When there was a tiny isssue with new boiler, resolved before I even knew. Completely no stress for landlords. When we came to view the property, she was really well informed -- she clearly knew about the house and the area, which really helped us to get excited about it. Throughout the negotiation and the sales process she was responsive, helpful, and warm. You always felt like you were dealing with someone you could trust. And she was always incredibly flexible about letting tradespeople into the house for inspections, nothing was ever too much. Having had mixed experiences with estate agents throughout my search, I would recommend Easthaus to anyone buying, selling or renting locally. They're brilliant.

Right from our first viewing she was on it. She even put us in touch with an amazing solicitor - so much so that it was the slickest, and quickest, completion that we have ever experienced.
