20th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Bad experience I called to enquiry about a property but when I mentioned universal credit with no hesitation one of your colleagues say I don’t think so landlord takes universal credit. The answer is yes or no, not “I don't think” without verification. It looks like you discriminate against people who take benefits and disabled people.

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.

3rd Dec 2018 (5 years ago)We have moved in to a Coopers lettings apartment and so far very good, Simon showed us around and the viewing didn't feel rushed, we were able to properly view and ask questions, he knew the block and area well so this was helpful. The finance and forms side of things was swift and quite painless, Melanie was really helpful when I had questions ahead of the move. We were delayed getting to pick up the keys and this was managed brilliantly and they were really flexible; taking the stress out of the situation. The apartment has quickly become home & hopefully we'll be here a good while.
29th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)I rented a property from Alan Goldin for two years and during my tenancy I was consistently impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the team there, in particular Tim who managed my particular property. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and appropriately, and they have continued their excellent standards even after my tenancy's end when I have needed things like a landlords' reference. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Personally, Billy was the one I dealt with the most and was always available to find me a place to stay and guide me regarding trends in the estate market. I would also like to thank Sonia and Sunny. I recommend Property King to anyone interested, as they are professional and always accessible.
22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
21st Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)I was a bit disappointed with the advertising. The property was placed on Zoopla, but not on Rightmove as promised. When I enquired, I was told that there were technical issues but will soon be resolved. This did not happen and it was not advertised on Rightmove during the whole period. Additionally, I felt as if I needed to make contact with the agent first before any thing was actioned. For example, receiving paperwork, amendments to photos amendments to add wording etc. I would consider using Aston Fox again as I did like Matthew and his overall approach, however I found the rest of the staff lacking the same enthusiasm and ethos.

It seems to be an industry riddled with charlatans and liars, however Graham Butts have completely changed our opinion of the industry. From day 1 we were impressed with Tom at the Angmering office - honest, transparent, informative and knowledgeable. The process was made easy and straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again in the future.
