30th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)I had the best experience renting my house with Home Fullstop. Last year, as an international student, I moved to London for my university year abroad and I did not have the possibility view apartments before my course begun. Many agencies I had previously contacted were anything but keen to help me and most of the time they just hung up the phone on me when I tried to explain the situation. With Home Fullstop, it’s been the complete opposite: from the beginning they’ve been incredibly helpful and kind. Karim is the best person you can deal with when it comes to finding an apartment: he was eager to help me during the whole process, scheduling a video tour of the flat and answering any question I had. Even after renting the flat, he’s always been available if I had problems, resolving them as soon as possible and reassuring me I could contact them if I had any issues. I totally recommend renting a flat with Home FullStop: their team supports you in finding a perfect place in the best way possible.

Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

Following this I then instructed them to sell the property, Rob, Job and Nicole went above and beyond in the sale and lettings and I couldn't have been happier with the service. I would highly recommend them as it's a much more personal service than the larger agents both for sales and lettings.

They seem to be unable to provide me with up-to-date information on delays to the development, do not respond to emails and I don't believe are passing on my concerns to the Developer. It feels like the minute I signed they lost all interest. I have raised these concerns directly with them but there has been no improvement

10th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)It is with a heavy heart I can only give 2 star as the majority of my rental experience was great, however the stint they tried to pull of at the end of my tenancy was beyond acceptable and ruined the otherwise good impression I had from this agency. I noticed during my tenancy that many emails I sent were answered with a phone call which in hidnsight meant I had little evidence of conversations made, something I have since improved upon and now demand answers to be given in writing. Whilst this agency took a lot of pictures at the start of my tenancy they provided little to no support when the landlord attempted to withhold a large chunk of my deposit at the end of my tenancy as he claimed I damaged the kitchen flooring. This agency was well aware of the condition the property was in prior to me moving in, including the already damaged kitchen flooring, but provided no support in my defence. Thankfully, due to my own precise record keeping and despite the fact that many emails were answered with phone calls, I challenged this with the tenancy deposit scheme and was awareded 100% of my deposit back. What made me so upset was that this agency was well aware of the condition of the property when I moved in, never the less they still attempted to withthold my deposit at the end. This is very poor practise.

Dealt with anything ranging from New Tenancy, change of tenant and general maintenance request. Jack Ireland in particular deserve an extra mentioning as he usually responds and helps with any queries within a few hours.

I have used his services for my last 3 house moves and his knowledge and experience made each move as stress free as possible. Being local meant he managed to secure a buyer for our last house extremely quickly with his contacts and connections.
