3rd Aug 2021 (3 years ago)Selling homes has always been a stressful experience for me and this time was no different. But Anthony Pepe worked hard to get a number of viewings and once a sale was agreed kept the process moving and keeping me informed of progress.

19th May 2021 (3 years ago)Rented a flat with them for 3 years. Very reactive when there is an issue, sending professionals to fix it within hours. No issue with getting back our deposit. Very transparent and honest, not like most letting agencies in London. I recommend.

2nd May 2023 (1 year ago)I chose FJL as they were the only agent to call me and email me when I was investigating agents. It took a while with the interest fluctuations etc but in the end I got what I wanted. Great service.
17th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Urtopia are the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. From our initial viewing to signing the contract, moving in and finally getting back our full deposit, they provided a stellar service. The few times we needed something fixed in the flat Urtopia dealt with it swiftly and everything was dealt with in less than 24 hours. I absolutely recommend Urtopia!

24th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Awful, aggressive and unpleasant agents. They frequently lied to me about the property (I found out months into the process the property did not offer a registered terrace and parking spot, as advertised). Their tactics then relied on bullying me and my solicitors into a terrible deal. While the agent made himself available to talk to me as the prospective buyers, he was aggressive and highly ill-informed. Communications were poor - bordering on bullying. Do not use these agents to sell your property. Use a firm that is professional and informed on basic conveyancing processes.

25th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)I was very disappointed with the sales services at Balgores Ongar. My property based in Buckhurst Hill was transferred to the Ongar office as the sales office closed in Buckhurst Hill. The manager did not even visit my property and showed very little interest! The property did not sell and is now being rented.

We have just handed our flat back after 4 years and from the first to the last interaction Vicky made things straightforward. The contractual process was easy and fair and any repair issues were always dealt with promptly. An easy recommendation.

JR Ripley showed empathy , kept us updated with market trends and realistic providing market evidence so that we were in a position to make informed decisions. JR team were a pleasure to work with in very difficult times.

It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all.
