12th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)I would really recommend you avoid this place for your own peace of mind. I was initially allured by the very low commission rate. It all started off ok, but by the end Shaz was ignoring my emails and calls for weeks on end. Provided me with a tenant who trashed my apartment and left it in a state. I really reccomend more expensive high street estate agents as in the long run this will save your money. He still hasn't even responded to my text because he failed to arrange council tax payment for the last year.
9th Sep 2021 (3 years ago)Nick helped me sell my father's property in Essex at a far higher value than I expected. Perfectly professional process from start to finish with excellent communication. I could not recommend Harston&Co. more. Will definitely be working with Nick and the team again.
29th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)They had only 1 person who deals with sales who was rude, bully & lie to our face. Wish the lady who showed us the house handled the sell. I would never use this person to represent us when we sell & treat potential buyers like he treated us.
