3rd Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)We have just finished a 3 year tenancy with Lee and he has been brilliant. The whole process was smooth and easy and all our messages throughout the tenancy were responded to promptly and politely and problems solved very efficiently too! Couldn’t recommend Lee enough!

6th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Illegally evicted one of my family members without a Court Order. Instructed Brad Builders/Properties to steal belongings from the property. Legal action being taken against SFA, Brad Builders who are based in Leicester and also Town and Country who they have links with. As a landlord i would not recommend you use SFA or any Company that are affiliated with them. As a tenant i would strongly advise not renting a property from them.
25th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)One of your drivers were just talegating me on a21 from Westerham to just before Hildenborough and it was raining hard. I wasn't impressed, he undertook me and continued talegating another driver. This is acceptable driving behaviour.

Everything went down really nice and smooth and more importantly quick. Communication’s via email and phone were also great and the overall process as a new tenant was fantastic and agents were very helpful at all times.

20th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property. 1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven. 2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails. 3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy. 4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful. 5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility Would not recommend at all. I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees. They are cheap for a reason.
