7th Jan 2016 (8 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.
