9th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)My father’s house in N8 was sold quickly and efficiently while I was sitting in the sun, in my house in Italy! The staff, led by Christian, did everything for us without ever having met any of them! I had an initial phone call when I instructed Prickett & Ellis to take care of the sale, then, all communication, appointments etc… was done via emails! Excellent Agents, friendly, professional and helpful ! Would recommend without hesitation!

19th Sep 2021 (3 years ago)Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. We had to chase them 5 days just to know when the inventory check is done. it was so frustrated. 0 services, 0 care, 0 manner.

They stood apart from every other agent from the outset and I’ve never looked back having engaged them. Definitely recommend them.
