Our experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. We moved in approximately four months ago, and from day one, we encountered numerous issues. We received minimal support throughout the process. Upon collecting the keys from the agency, we were left to navigate finding our flat and accessing the car park on our own. Despite being informed that the garage was "around the property," we were left to fend for ourselves, unaware that the building we moved into had three separate garages.
Upon entering the property, we were dismayed to find it in a deplorable state—extremely dirty and unkempt. Shockingly, we even discovered blood stains on one of the doors, despite being assured that the flat had undergone a thorough professional cleaning just days prior.
Furthermore, despite explicitly requesting that the mold in the bathroom be addressed before our move-in date, it remained unresolved. The photos attached depict the persisting mold issue, which took nearly a month to be inadequately addressed. The individual tasked with remedying the situation merely painted over the mold without proper removal.
Moreover, ongoing bathroom issues persist even after four months of occupancy, yet to be rectified by the property management.
While I am generally reluctant to leave negative reviews, I felt compelled to do so in this instance to highlight the sheer negligence exhibited by the agency and its property management team. It's regrettable because, despite these challenges, the flat itself is undeniably beautiful.... Read more
