I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. They also were extremely helpful when it came to answering questions from the solicitors. Vanessa from the resales team went above and beyond for us and helped guide us through the process. When we were in our property we never had any issues with moat, always very fair and helpful. So pleased to have bought our first home through moat, we will always be grateful for the whole experience of shared ownership

During what can be a stressful time with multiple parties involved we felt most informed and communicated with by John Hilton. They also produced very good marketing materials for our property. Would recommend if you’re selling in the Brighton area, in particular Marius was fantastic.
4th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Richard James and the whole team at Rager & Roberts were always professional and kept me updated throughout the whole sales process. Any estate agent can list your property for sale on Rightmove etc. and attend viewings but it was from the sale negotiation process to completion where Rager & Roberts really excelled.

Always keen to help, send on houses that fitted my search requests, a few outside of that which actually helped me focus on things I wanted, needed and of course how that worked with location(s). Liked their relaxed manner and always keen to find out additional info and have feedback on properties viewed, in a lovely constructive way for their sellers. Which as a buyer was very nice to see.

Relocating to Brighton can be quite stressful for me, especially when it comes to finding housing. Fortunately, Anya helped us find an ideal place for me and my daughter and guided us through the necessary steps. She was incredibly helpful. 7th May 2024 (12 days ago)Our experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. We moved in approximately four months ago, and from day one, we encountered numerous issues. We received minimal support throughout the process. Upon collecting the keys from the agency, we were left to navigate finding our flat and accessing the car park on our own. Despite being informed that the garage was "around the property," we were left to fend for ourselves, unaware that the building we moved into had three separate garages. Upon entering the property, we were dismayed to find it in a deplorable state—extremely dirty and unkempt. Shockingly, we even discovered blood stains on one of the doors, despite being assured that the flat had undergone a thorough professional cleaning just days prior. Furthermore, despite explicitly requesting that the mold in the bathroom be addressed before our move-in date, it remained unresolved. The photos attached depict the persisting mold issue, which took nearly a month to be inadequately addressed. The individual tasked with remedying the situation merely painted over the mold without proper removal. Moreover, ongoing bathroom issues persist even after four months of occupancy, yet to be rectified by the property management. While I am generally reluctant to leave negative reviews, I felt compelled to do so in this instance to highlight the sheer negligence exhibited by the agency and its property management team. It's regrettable because, despite these challenges, the flat itself is undeniably beautiful.

Matthew followed up with me regularily and gave me a rare feeling of him caring for both the owner of the property and the prospective tenant. He is such an asset to Kings Estate and I wish him all the best in his career.

Was very happy with the level of service we received as well as the companies general knowledge of the local market. Would happily recommend to others.

29th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)I’ve recently sold my flat with Jacobs Steel. Damien, Harry and the team were incredible and I feel so lucky to have chosen them amongst so many other agencies in Brighton. As a designer working from home and anxious about the viewings disrupting my work etc.. they were so polite and respectful from the beginning. Once I had an offer they assisted me all the way throughout the process. Damien was always on top of things and if he wasn’t for him I would have given up! A really professional agency, very positive and supporting - exactly what you need while going through a very stressful time..thanks so much and keep up the great job!!
2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)After a very negative experience with a national estate agency we decided to use Bexhill Estates on a friends recommendation, we were living abroad at the time but they made the whole process stress free, we were kept well informed throughout and nothing seemed like to much trouble, the whole team are professional and a pleasure to deal with and i would highly recommend them, a big thank you to Becki Mel & Alex.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
