14th May 2024 (5 days ago)Connells were great, worked really hard during the whole process of buying our new house. They were easy to communicate with and really helpful. On the day of moving in there were some complications, through no fault of connells, however Dan, Hobbie and Chloe worked tirelessly to sort it! Very happy with them.
4th May 2024 (15 days ago)Keep getting useless newsletter and other emails. Clicked unsubscribe, still getting them. Contacted Your Move and they say you have to contact the branch. Contacted the branch twice and they still won't stop sending me emails. Have reported to ICO now

15th May 2024 (4 days ago)I wanted to take the time to thank every one at sparks Ellison for the sale and purchase on our perfect home ! Our journey started with Chris who came out and valued our property . His knowledge and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed , and more importantly his patience , understanding that family comes first - allowing me time to meet the needs of my young children during the valuation . Next we met Frazier - Frazier has been incredible going above and beyond at every stage . Wether that be house viewings - allowing plenty of time for myself and husband to look around. His knowledge of every property we viewed was outstanding ,he really took the time to understand our priorities (schools- outdoor space )with our search . And of course that led to him finding our perfect home !!!!! He kept us updated with every viewing we had on our house . Like I said previously he just went above and beyond in every way - we can’t thank him enough . Everyone says that selling/ buying a house is one of the most stressful things you will do ….. however this couldn’t be further from the truth !!! The whole process was seamless - it felt like it happened with out me or my husband having to lift a finger . I could go on on ….. however I will leave it there with a huge thank you !!!!!!

They managed well dealing with a probate situation, incompetent solicitors and Christmas timetables. The sales team were sensitive to uncomfortable situations and their closure team was tenacious and undertook the necessary steps to keep the momentum going. I would easily recommend them and wish them all the best with their future sales. It's nice to have a local company deal in their local area of expertise, rather than dropping in from afar.

3rd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Shocking, disgusting estate agents that should be shut down. Abusive in person and over the phone to their tenants. Leaves urgent repairs for weeks. Total definition of a rogue estate agent, save your time and go with someone else

Ceri is excellent with tenants, and very proactive, which minimises our involvement, although anything major is always discussed with us. if there are any questions to which we need answers, Ceri has virtually always replied the same day, and sometimes within seconds or minutes of being asked! A real treasure! Tony and Sue Rogers.
19th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Where do we start? Jackson Bailey were 10/10 when selling our home. During what was an incredibly protracted process, which took six months from start to finish; Ben and the team kept in continual contact and chased where needed to ensure that the relevant progress was made. Having sold with JB, but purchased through a useless purple online agent (whose own ‘sales progression’ service was dreadful, talk about ‘commisery!’); Ben had to step-in and liaise on both our sale and purchase; doing the job of our seller’s agent at times too! Communication was clear, constant and effective, and we found the WhatsApp group an excellent way of getting updates outside of normal working hours. A refreshing change from having to leave constant voicemails to other agents in the chain. Overall, a justifiably FIVE STAR service from Jackson Bailey. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area and cannot thank them enough for their efforts.
6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

13th Dec 2023 (23 weeks ago)Avoid these people at all cost, our family has been on property for 3 month now. We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go.
14th May 2024 (5 days ago)I contacted a couple of Estate Agents for valuations and Oliver Chandler stood out from the rest. Jamie gave an honest valuation and offer honest and constructive advise on how best to market the property. He went above and beyond so see the sale through and I couldn’t have asked for more. I would in a heart beat recommend anyone to use Jamie and his company. Thank you for everything!

11th May 2024 (8 days ago)Initially had 3 Valuers from local agents. All came in with similar valuations. Jamie who valued ours seemed to be the strongest character and least like a “yes man” What they did that was different to the others was show examples of the same properties being marketed by themselves vs other agents. We also noticed that most of the stuff we were clicking on on Rightmove were theirs. Tammie who was the seller, very direct, no messing about and always felt like I was being treated honestly.

24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I have rented a property under Leaders and I can say they are very accommodating, responsive and helpful with the process in renting a property. I have multiple requests but they were able to accommodate and help me with those. I was in contact particularly with Ash and he is very responsive and attentive to my needs. Also, they are very systematic with the process. Would definitely recommend them!
