11th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time

10th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

10th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)The team at Changing Hines were friendly approachable and on the ball. The predation of the house including the video recording was excellent. They valued the house in the correct price bracket which we got and also their costings were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling.

7th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)According to Chancellors, X time is 4-6 weeks. Mine is nearly 4 weeks since accepting the offer and very little has been achieved. Gives me great concern.
29th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)I am SO glad I chose Bradshaw Farnham & Lea. The biggest appeal is that they were local to Wirral specifically, so had great local market knowledge and had even sold houses in my close. Lee and the team were terrific communicators—I knew about bookings and offers straight away, and they provided lots of advice about the offers received. They’ve also been great with communicating with solicitor.

They are very professional, they respond to emails and inquiries quickly and offer a very personal service. They also ensure that any repairs are addressed as soon as possible. They are a pleasure to deal with!

16th May 2022 (2 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
17th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Dreadful agent (Andy Backhouse) that seems to struggle to sell properties even in the middle of a boom. Lacks professionalism and / or the basic ability to return calls or emails in less than a week. If you're thinking of selling your property, avoid these or at least this agent. There are plenty more competent, and proactive agents out there.
7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
