16th Aug 2024 (11 weeks ago)Hats off to Dan, we had arranged a viewing through Saunders, didn't love the property but Dan listened to our needs and showed us a property that we fell in love with straight away (we made an offer that was accepted within an hour of seeing it). Saunders understand their market and are lovely to deal with as a buyer.

It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.

I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

5th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far

31st Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
