11th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Not upfront and honest estate agents. People on the phone are friendly when you call but estate agents pretend they don't know details of the property and you don't get the full information on the ads. Viewed a property that was of a non standard construction but the agent didn't tell me and nor did the advert. I put an offer down, which got accepted until a friend told me they're near impossible to get a mortgage on. I called the agent and asked she said "oh I'm not sure, the home owners think it might be, but are also not sure", when it is. Told her I couldn't get a mortgage on that and got hit with "use our brokers, they'll get you one." I've since pulled my offer, the advert went back up and still hasn't been updated to say "non standard construction".

1st May 2024 (19 days ago)What can i say. Not having sold a property for some years now i felt a little overwhelmed. Jamie from MANN Portsmouth arrived at our door to provide a valuation on our property. The moment he entered our house he made my wife and I feel very relaxed about the whole process. His knowledge about the properties in the area and what we could obtain for ours made us feel at ease straight away and he provided a valuation that we were extremely satisfied with. But it didn't stop there. Jamie continued to provide all of the information we needed and within two weeks our property was sold. I cannot rate Jamie and the team highly enough. I must also mention Anna at MANN Waterlooville who has also been extremely helpfull in our search for a new property. All of the sales team at MANN have been extremely kind and courteous to my wife and I throughout this process. Thank for a great job well done.

They are readily available throughout the process, helpful, good communication and very organised but also provide a personal service. They made the whole process as simple and seamless as it could be.

We sold our property from the other side of the world and they made the process easy. We never felt worried to pick up the phone and ask questions and they always replied to emails the same day. They were aware of our time difference and always called at times that suited us. They were honest, straightforward and always friendly. We felt like their main priority at all times and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

It never seemed to be a problem for her and her can do attitude made everything for us a lot easier and smoother. Very professional and highly capable of doing her job for which we are grateful. 19th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Where do we start? Jackson Bailey were 10/10 when selling our home. During what was an incredibly protracted process, which took six months from start to finish; Ben and the team kept in continual contact and chased where needed to ensure that the relevant progress was made. Having sold with JB, but purchased through a useless purple online agent (whose own ‘sales progression’ service was dreadful, talk about ‘commisery!’); Ben had to step-in and liaise on both our sale and purchase; doing the job of our seller’s agent at times too! Communication was clear, constant and effective, and we found the WhatsApp group an excellent way of getting updates outside of normal working hours. A refreshing change from having to leave constant voicemails to other agents in the chain. Overall, a justifiably FIVE STAR service from Jackson Bailey. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area and cannot thank them enough for their efforts.
6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!

11th May 2024 (9 days ago)Initially had 3 Valuers from local agents. All came in with similar valuations. Jamie who valued ours seemed to be the strongest character and least like a “yes man” What they did that was different to the others was show examples of the same properties being marketed by themselves vs other agents. We also noticed that most of the stuff we were clicking on on Rightmove were theirs. Tammie who was the seller, very direct, no messing about and always felt like I was being treated honestly.
