25th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Diamond Mills (Charlie Papworth) were extremely helpful. Within a fortnight of putting the property for sale with them, we had some good viewings, one of which produced our purchasers. At all times they kept us updated and if we had a query they never failed to respond. They are very professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

(40 reviews)19th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

8th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)I am so grateful to Vikings for their care and compassion. I initially contacted them for a house valuation for probate purposes. All the members of staff I spoke to were caring and friendly. The valuation was done with sensitivity and care. I then asked them to sell the family home, which was sold professionally and quickly. They provided me with continued support and great communication. I highly recommend Vikings estate agents and wish to particularly thank Jamie.
18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

15th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)The main reason we used Potters estate agent was because of the friendly almost bespoke service that you receive from them. All the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond what's expected. They guided us through the sale of our father's property and made it as easy as possible, especially when the purchaser required extra confirmation regarding some issues, Karen was an excellent mediator. Adam is very professional and kept us informed throughout the process and the company Owner Bradley was there to help too. Potters are a great local estate agents.

They made the selling process relatively easy and we sold our house in record time. They were always contactable by phone or WhatsApp. If we decide to move again we will definitely use them.
