From the moment the viewing was arranged, Remi was incredibly organised and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. During the viewing, Remi was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about providing the best possible service. Every question was answered with confidence, and nothing felt rushed. It’s rare to find an estate agent who combines such energy, care, and attention to detail, but Remi truly delivered on all fronts.

14th May 2026 (19 days ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

30th May 2026 (3 days ago)From the moment we started searching for our first home and forever home, Crofts at immingham have been absolutely first class. We viewed two properties with them and Sue showed us around. Such a lovely lady and she knows her stuff. It was like a friend walking you through. Nothing was too much trouble and each and every question we had was answered there and then. We actually purchased a property at first with another agent that fell through. We are thanking our lucky stars now that it did! Right before exchange we had a huge hiccup with our mortgage. We thought without a doubt we were going to lose the house we had fallen in love with. Our sale was already being progressed by the lovely Donna and we explained what had happened. She spoke to the Vendor's and gave us time to sort it out. Her communication and commitment to getting us through to completion was second to none! So a huge thank you to Donna and Sue for their hard work in finding and completing our sale. We are absolutely over the moon with our house and the service they provide. If you want to find a dedicated, professional agent that gives everything the personal touch, then go to Crofts at immingham. They know what to do! ?????? Thank you all again! They were both very approachable and friendly with positive attitudes. Both of them at the end of a phone if I needed them, with plenty of updates all the way through. I highly recommend this estate agent.

28th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I was purchasing a property through Paul Fox and throughout the entire process, including both solicitors failing to communicate and progress, Sharna at Paul Fox was the only one who was proactive, communicative, helpful, and supportive. Getting both of the solicitors to actually communicate properly was like watching two Roombas attempt to knife fight, and Sharna honestly kept me sane. If I decide to sell in the future I'll be using Paul Fox without a doubt.

He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Secondly, with Phil you'll get a very professional and personalised service - EweMove also charge very competitive rates, so you will do well to find an all-round better package than this (I don't think you will) I'm a perfectionist who can find fault in most things, but I couldn't fault Phil. My house was sold and a memorandum of sale issued to all parties in ONE week. In addition, I was not living at the property or in the area at the time of sale. Phil went above and beyond meeting surveyors at the property and also the buyer to measure up for furniture. Absolute first-class service from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and avoid the usual high street chains and give Phil a call. It's literally like having a trusted friend sell your house for you. Thank you Phil !! ????????????
