18th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)I recently had a terrible experience with Hawes & Co in Wimbledon Village. I was dealing with Janine in the Lettings team and everything was going great until she left. I was supposed to move in to a property however Hawes & Co never sent me the tenancy agreement to sign and still hadn’t sent it a month and a half later! They kept telling me they would send it and made up various excuses about the landlord not having an email address etc but I never received it and in the end I couldn’t wait any longer as me and my child needed to move out of our current place so I asked them to return my deposit and they refused (even though this was their fault and they’d never sent me the tenancy)! I’ve tried raising a formal complaint but had no response and everyone I’ve tried to reach out to is now ignoring my calls and messages.
1st Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Was so happy with my service with them. Lilly especially has been fantastic right from the first phonecall I made to her right to this present day. All the team have been so helpful and caring and have continued to do so. Would highly reccomend.
16th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)We are in the process of finding a new home for our family, and have found the branch team's services, and Fran Glancy in particular, excellent. Fran has fully considered our property requirements (unlike a lot of estate agents that seem to want to bombard you with every property they have on their books!), have provided us with regular updates with regards on potential properties and has been a reassuring voice, in what can be a stressful time. I would thoroughly recommend Fran and her teams services to those looking and selling their property in Dorking and the surrounding areas.

The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.
20th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)We have just completed the sale of our house through Wills & Smerdon. The process was difficult and protracted which reflected the prevailing market conditions. However throughout the process we received good advice on pricing and market conditions together regular progress reports. The service we received from all the W&S staff in the Horsley office and particularly Chloe was excellent.

He was very quick to answer calls and emails and always seemed to be available. We got a price that was at the top end of his estimation so it worked very well for us. In particular Serena who was my main contact. Really well informed about the local area and she took a lot of time to really understand what I am looking for. Friendly and helpful and excellent at staying in regular contact without pressuring me. Would definitely want to use her again when I resume my search next year.
