Previous staff had to be chased for updates, always had to ask for them to do their job even after waiting for days for them to action before we chased. Wrong information given. Didn’t turn up for showings. Useless. POOR POOR SERVICE from the office manager Latisha and down. Charlie was good but left. High staff turnover every couple of months. Not surprised. They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). Thank you!

17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Ample disabled and standard parking. Even on busy days you can usually find a spot, even if it’s in the back corner. Staff are friendly and helpful when looking for something specific. Isles kept clean and tidy. This is a supermarket not a superstore. 90% of the footprint is for food, 10% for health, beauty & other goods. As Tescos go, this one is good.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Having not heard back by the end of the working day, I followed up in the evening by completing a Rightmove enquiry form setting out our details and situation being a “ready to move” cash buyer with nothing to sell. Today is Tuesday and have heard nothing back from them. Missing a basic staple of customer care if they can’t get round to answering enquiries. Very poor. If we were looking to sell a property, we would not use W P.

Should have looked at trust pilot before I signed with these. Spoke to other people about their experience, all had the same story as us. I won't repeat the stories on public media.
3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)My wife and I attended a second viewing of a property that interested us a few days earlier. The young man, James Hodgson, who met us was on time, well dressed and very personable. During our visit he showed great maturity and offered a few usefull ideas supporting us in how we could personalise the property should we proceed further. We have made an offer, which has been accepted, and are moving forward. We have looked at many properties in our quest to satisfy our very specific requirements, and would say James was the most impressive we have met.
