17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
2nd Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I have just purchased a property through Equus Property. Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

4th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)terrible attendance. I was attended by a gentleman and I was very embarrassed. I felt like rubbish. me and my husband were treated like nothing. I believe because we are immigrants. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!

Even though it took a while to get a buyer, we had lots through the door once we dropped the price and your regular feedback about buyers’ impressions made us feel that you were there for us.

6th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Wood & Pilcher did a correct valuation of the property, arranged viewings efficiently and quickly found a good buyer. They monitored the sale process and stepped in when necessary, always keeping me updated.
2nd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)The survey provided was efficient, helpful and friendly. The report was received promptly and all queries answered quickly and simply, including plenty of photos of the flat roof. It was good to find a surveyor who could survey a flat roof at a very competitive price.
