2nd Apr 2026 (2 days ago)We had a nothing but positive experience purchasing our first home through FHP. Our viewings with Steve were excellent, well informed and honest. Shavaie was always easily accessible with very prompt replies to queries. In the latter stages of the purchase process, we felt like the agents were keeping on top of everything with good overview, and ultimately everything went completely smoothly. Thank you!

They continually updated us at all times and were extremely understanding and sympathetic of our requirements, down to fine details. Something as simple as leaving a specific light on after viewings, as we'd requested. We would not hesitate to recommend them , the follow up care is equally as attentive, they are always available to assist in any issues. They certainly don't take your business and run. Very professional at all times. Thank you for all you've done.
6th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Phoned up to enquire on a property they had advised for sale met with a complete lack of interest from the staff member who was not only rude but dismissive, fortunately the house is advertised with another agent where we have been able to since view the property with no hassle! If you are thinking of selling or looking to buy completely avoid these bunch of clowns.

Their team is professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They kept me informed every step of the way and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled efficiently. It’s rare to find an estate agent you can trust completely, but Smartmove Homes have proven themselves time and time again. I wouldn’t consider using any other agent in the future. After a successful viewing hosted by Andrew though it did start moving. And then Meghan was constantly updating us throughout the process so yes 5 stars from me! Thanks guys!

Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish, and arranging access was very straightforward, thanks to Marie for coordinating everything so smoothly. Pete, who attended, replaced the dripping tap with a new one and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Very happy with the service overall, highly recommend!

Nothing had been too much, and they have made it all as straightforward as possible. I’d like to put in an individual review for Rhonda. Having only been in the job for less than 4 months when I first met her, she proved herself to be a thoroughly class act in her role. I would recommend her for a pay rise or/and a promotion. Every member of staff we had an interaction with were amazing, they were polite; and honest about the process . A special thanks to Donna who went the extra mile to get the chain moving and completed. If I were to move again I would not choose any other estate agent.other than Freckleton Brown.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I have bought several properties through OPA over the last 5-6 years. Mainly investments, leased to housing providers with guaranteed rents. very happy with service. Great investments. I get paid ontime, no headache. OPA have always been great. helped with purchase all the way, helped facilitate the transaction and on hand with any issues, even after completion. This is why I go back and buy more. I have also recommended to others who have purchased and sold through OPA. Thanks to Zara & Ramsha for help.
