6th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

22nd Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)My Wife Lynn recently used Martin & Co Estate Agents in Hinckley for the sale of her late father’s home. Jan in particular became like a friend to her and always returned our telephone calls when asked and she always kept us informed which was very important to us. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and also a very nice man. We would 100% recommend Martin & Co for any sale or purchase.

Rang to arrange a valuation on a Monday- Tom advised would confirm appointment with a later call- Tuesday- no response- called- got answering machine, Left a message. Wednesday 1500 still no call to book. Obviously don't need customers with such appalling customer service!! In response to their reply. PAUL JAMES spoke to Tom, who said he would speak to Sarah, responder, to review. If we hadn't rung and spoke to them how would we know their names! We left full address details emails phone numbers. Too late now as basically calling us liars. Happy to send screenshots of dates and times the calls were made! As we are most certainly not lying! Maybe ask Tom why he didn't follow up on my husbands call to book a valuation?!
11th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)This is the second time that we have used Moore and York estate agents to sell our property...our satisfaction with the company the first time around in 2016 led us to appoint them again in 2025 without seeking to appoint any of the competition. All of their members of staff with whom we had contact with were truly magnificent in helping us to sell our bungalow.... this includes Terral,John,Nik,George,and Beth. A word of advice to those wanting to sell their existing property in a reasonable time particularly if the funds from the sale of that property are needed to finance their next property purchase... ..................."BE PREPARED TO NEGOTIATE..!" There is absolutely no point in putting your property on the market for it then to languish for weeks and months at a higher price that runs counter to any reasonable pricing advice that have previously been given to you by your appointed estate agent...." IF THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR THE MARKET TO BEAR THEN IT WILL NOT SELL...PARTICULARLY IF YOU NEED THE FUNDS FROM THE SALE OF YOUR EXISTING PROPERTY TO FUND THE NEXT PROPERTY PURCHASE TO WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN LOVE WITH...YOU WILL BE THE ONE WHO WILL BE DISAPPOINTED .." 14th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)I would not recommend their services to any family member or friends. The team is extremely unprofessional and offers little to no support to tenants. Communication is poor, with minimal and unclear information provided about the property. In case of disputes, they appear heavily biased toward landlords rather than being fair to tenants. Be cautious with your deposit — expect unreasonable and questionable charges for cleaning, gardening, and repairs when you move out, which significantly reduces the amount returned. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Without the dedication and support from Anya our house move would likely have been significantly delayed or even fallen through. Thank you for the hard work throughout our move!

When I have reported issues in the past these have been resolved in a timely and professional manner. Very happy and grateful for an agent/tenant relationship ??????

3rd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)My Parents house was already on the market but it didn’t seem to be moving after a few months so we spotted Bayzos & decided to ring & get them out. Phill promptly came out to value my late parents house, what a really lovely guy, he was very professional & extremely compassionate as he understood this wasn’t an easy process for us, he took time to explain everything that we needed to know & was completely honest. We were extremely pleased with Phill & Bayzos and to be honest was gutted that we in the end we didn’t need them. As we suddenly we got an offer on the house and we accepted. Sadly we had to ring Phill and let him know we had an offer and couldn’t continue to use Bayzos . Phill was great & very understanding and told us if we needed anything, he was there for us to give us any advice. Even in the later weeks while the sale was going through he was still checking in every so often seeing if everything was going ok. So if ever in the future we need an estate agents Bayzos will definitely be top of the list .

2nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)If you've always dreamed of being an estate agent yourself, then go with connells. They'll gladly make you do all the work and charge you for the privilege. In between trying to swindle us to use their zero deposit scheme, conveniently owned by the same parent company, and seemingly always being "out on viewings" I wonder how they find the time to reply to our emails after the the 4th time of asking. Landlords for the love of god just use openrent instead and save yourself £££.
