2nd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)We tried to sell two properties with them, the first one sold but their service was not great, they constantly let us down regarding the second sale & we eventually went elsewhere.

An excellent Trustpilot rating, 2. A realistic assessment of the current market situation and a sensible valuation report and listing figure 3. Dynamic current marketing methods including social media posts and a quality listing with excellent photos 4. Creation of a professional, narrated guided video tour of our vacant property 5. Impressive shared data analysis of the effectiveness of their marketing and reach 6. Accompanied viewings at all times The result was a cash offer within 2 weeks and completion in a further 5 weeks, during which Jo chased the two conveyancers and updated us with the latest progress throughout. A very successful outcome with no hassle!

13th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

My only comments so far is that I thought their approach would be a fresh modern one but it seems on the face of it, their selling model is the traditional one ie volume of stock on market plus on line marketing and wait for enquiries.
5th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.

28th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional lettings agency we have ever come across. They don't care about UK law, turn up with no keys and waste your time, don't call back when they say they will and just fob you off with excuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....!!!

13th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.THE PROPERTY BUYING COMPANY LIMITED
