She was always quick and easy to reach on the phone and responded promptly to any email queries we had. Throughout the process she kept us informed, talked us through each step, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We also really appreciated how much of the process could be completed digitally - signing documents and submitting forms online made everything much more convenient. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and efficient, and we’re very grateful for Jevita’s help in securing our new home. Thank you!

16th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Not even deserve single start honestly. We recently made an offer on a property through Kingsleigh. Our offer was initially accepted, but later we were informed (When I called) that the seller decided to reject it. The agent explained that this was because we started with a lower offer and then increased it significantly, which made the seller uncertain and accepted another offer. I had sent emails without receiving a response, and the property remained listed on the market. Clear and timely updates would have helped manage expectations better. I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future buyers.

Ross the estate agent was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process bridging the gap between buyer and seller which sped the process along extremely quickly, enabling us to complete within 8 weeks. If we ever decided to sell we will certainly be using Hizzy property to do so.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They have been very professional, regularly check the property and deal with any issues on our behalf. They have now rented the property 3 times for us without the property being vacant for any period in between. Highly recommended, definitely the best letting agent we have dealt with.

Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for.
