2nd May 2024 (18 days ago)I am a first time buyer so no previous experience about getting an state agent appointment, viewing itself is totally a new experience for me. I was bit nervous on the day of my house viewing on the top tensed about how I will manage to view three houses in 45 minutes without any personal vehicle. In my first property viewing I explained my situation to Jack and he was very kind and helpful. He gave lift to me and my husband and showed us all three properties. It was a great experience. Being a first time buyer I asked so many questions to Jack but he was very nice and polite in answering all our questions. If the state agents are supportive and helpful like Jack buying a house can be pleasent experience. It should say my overall experience is very satisfying. Thanks Jack

The depth of James Cridland's experience and knowledge is rare and exceptional and we felt in the safest of hands throughout. His maxim that there is always a solution meant that he navigated every obstacle that presented itself with great intelligence and care. He sees the whole picture and can and will talk with the utmost skill and diplomacy to any party involved to help facilitate the process. We have been amazed at the lengths he and his team have gone to on our behalf and we think we would have fallen at many posts without this level of unremitting dedication. All this with great kindness, humour, consistent communication and a cheerful "worry not" at the most stressful moments. Incredibly professional, always reachable, supportive and understanding throughout the process. In addition we made a tidy profit on both houses. From the very beginning, through exchange and past completion Savills was always there and supportive. I would like to mention Nicky Quentel and Huw Warren who are absolutely outstanding. 4th May 2024 (16 days ago)Mark David ‘MD’ do not follow The Property Ombudsman Code ‘TPO.’ I terminated MD. When I later exchanged contracts, MD invoiced in full. Successful agent said MD not entitled to Dual Fees given no Effective Introduction, which MD accept. So I queried the invoice. 35 minutes later, and not addressing the TPO points, MD threatened court. Despite MD being in breach of contract, the court found for them under an Agency Terms tail. Learnings: i. TPO must take precedence in the contract; ii. MD are highly litigious

Once decision to put house on market, all the necessary paperwork, organisation of viewing EPC and marketing material was carried out efficiently.

From the very start of our sale process, it was clear that Martyn and the whole team at Breckon & Breckon are dedicated professionals, all of whom are extremely experienced, competent, easy to work with and reliable. Martyn's regular communication and guidance was impeccable, and when we ran into challenges, he was always on board to support us and demonstrate flexibility and true service. Their network of buyers meant we received consistent, viable queries and we agreed to a sale on our property within 2 months, certainly an indication of Martyn and the team's commitment to their clients' needs. We cannot recommend Breckon & Breckon Woodstock more for all sale, purchase and lettings processes. Huge thanks to the whole team.

1st Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
