17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I believe this is a family business so it's with a heavy heart that I leave this negative review but I'm fairly certain even 1 star is too much. I feel like this company can be underhanded with people to benefit themselves and are extremely unprofessional. They do not provide all of the information on the process, they've claimed they don't have information that they do, they lied to get me to put down a deposit, when I queried this each member of staff I spoke to became defensive, aggressive and in one case insulting and another threatening. The staff are unable to answer simple questions about company policy or their obligations as estate agents with all questions having to be put in emails that they don't reply to. They clearly haven't listened to anything I have said as they still believe I am frustrated at being rejected, which I'm not, I'm frustrated at being dragged through a terribly explained process and then being treated poorly when it is questioned. In my experience, this is a place to avoid and certainly does not get my recommendation. Cowboys. UPDATE**You can see their 'customer service' skills in the flesh here in their reply as they have managed to get my name incorrect despite it being directly above where they're typing. They also still haven't replied to questions I posed at the time and have chased since. Avoid at all costs. The one thing they are right about is they did refund my desposit within a day - because I made a lot of noise about their poor practices - so don't accept the 3-5 days (or 5-7 depending on how they're feeling or who you speak to) they tout as being the refund time.
30th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Countrywide in Paisley were fabulous when selling my property recently. A very well-oiled machine taking all the stress, hassle and confusion away. From the initial meeting with Christopher to the viewing bookings, call-backs and negotiations handled by Megan and the team in the office, Rocha & Melissa, nothing phased them. The marketing of the property was beyond my expectations, 20 viewings generated over 4 days, 12 in the first 24 hours, and all viewings handled by Countrywide's own experienced viewings team - really couldn't ask for more! From my experience I really can't recommend Countrywide highly enough, very efficient, professional, reassuring and focused on maximising the sale opportunity. Definitely a safe pair of hands! Thank you.
26th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)The passage of this application for a new rental flat went smooth from start to finish with Bernard meeting me at the apartment showing me around and clearly giving advice and information on the whole process and procedures that Slater & Howie use to represent their clients. Very Professional. The office work in the background Shannon , Bernard and colleagues working to make the conveyancing go smooth right through to the my tenant agreement signing and moving in. A Happy Tenant.

Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.

17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)They were fine when I first took out the rental, but since I terminated the lease they've been awful. Unresponsive to emails, delaying returning the deposit, for a different reason every time I call them about it. Really disappointed in their total lack of professionalism. They're not even showing any common courtesy, in fact they are downright rude now. Like many other reviews I fully believe they are trying to retain as much of the deposit as they can for as long as they can. Be very wary if you are thinking of renting a property from them, they're exactly the kind of shoddy business that gives estate and letting agents a bad rep.

And most of all, I’ve achieved a competitive sale price meaning I have more options now as I go on to purchase my new home. Thank you ????

His videos and reviews are brilliant…and dare I say getting even better! Couldn’t recommend him enough- 5 stars all day long. You’ll not get social reach or online impressions like it with any other estate agent. It’s all about getting as many interested eyes on your property as possible for the best ROI. Michael provides this.

However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude.
