Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.
20th May 2024 (13 days ago)My wife and I bought our flat in Surbiton through Matthew James in 2020, and were impressed with their service. So when it came to selling our flat recently, we decided to list it with them again. They arranged a good amount of viewings and fairly quickly, we received a good offer which we accepted. We were part of a chain with the property we were buying and their upwards purchase. The sale process then became quite complicated with unforeseen issues arising, which slowed the process down. Matthew James (James one of the directors in particular) were absolutely brilliant and professional throughout the process though and managed to help keep things moving and kept the whole chain updated regularly, which was really invaluable to us throughout what was a stressful period. Everything got sorted in the end and we're happily in our new home. There are many, many estate agents to choose from in Surbiton, but I wouldn't look any further than Matthew James!

I worked with Dominic Murray who was very professional, courteous and proactive throughout the sales process. My overall impression of the company is that they combine a ‘traditional style’ of interaction with customers (extremely courteous, clearly aiming for high standards) while using the latest technologies for buying/selling and transaction management. My sales context was a challenging one and I felt every support possible from Dominic along the way. My sincere thanks to him. 20th May 2024 (13 days ago)Had a very positive experience finding a rental home with SeOUL, they didn’t put any unnecessary pressure on me (as opposed to some larger real estate agents), were flexible and understanding while I was waiting to exchange on the sale of my property, and turned around all checks and documentation in under a week. They also organised a detailed inventory check-in completed by an independent third party prior to our move-in. Highly recommend!

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London.
