Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
29th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.
22nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

10th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I rented through Belvoir Brighton, whilst I was waiting for the sale of a house to go through. Therefore actually only occupied the flat for three months of the six month fixed period. Firstly I would say that many of the faults with the flat that I detailed were not addressed despite me making a formal complaint, and some of these were electrical. However, my biggest complaint is that after I moved out after three months, Belvoir said they would rent it out again and some money could be given back to me. I wasn't expecting much. However in the next three months the property wasn't rented out, meaning that I lost around £5,000 in rent. However as soon as my contract was complete, miraculously the flat got rented out straight away. Either it took three months for Belvoir to rent the flat out, which is hardly a recommendation to any landlord, or they really didn't try to rent it out for three months, and they were misleading me. Either is hardly a recommendation of their services. The only reason I did not give one star was because I got my full deposit back without much trouble, but the flat was immaculate when I left it. However, in summary, I would not recommend them.

They found a great tenant for my property in just two weeks! My dedicated contact, Sam Dunnings, is always on top of things. He's friendly, approachable, and clearly very experienced. He responds promptly and clearly to my emails and calls, and he's very proactive in addressing any maintenance issues that come up. For example, when there was a minor leak in one of the rooms, Sam arranged for a plumber right away to investigate and kept me updated throughout the process. This identified the source of the leak before it became a major problem, saving me time, stress and money. Renting out a property can be a headache, but thanks to Sam's professionalism and proactive approach, it's been a stress-free experience. On that basis alone, if a friend or relative was looking for a letting agent to manage their property in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cooper Adams, and especially Sam.

I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office. 9th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Right from asking Mel to sell our property, after another Agent had failed, She dealt with everything in a professional manner and her whole team at the Lancing office were always ready to help with any problems we had. Even taking more pictures to freshen up the advert when requested. The sale went through without a hitch and we are ready to move into our new property shortly. Would reccomend Jacobs Steel for being so professional

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
