19th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Didn’t always ring us to inform us re the outcome of the viewing. The lighting of the photos was far too bright, they did change it slightly when asked.
4th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Avoid renting with them. Immersion in the water tank broke down and Martin & Co send a technician that after couple of visits did not fix it. I warned Martin & Co that if the boiler were to break down (is an old one), I would have no hot water, but they disregard my email. 4 weeks after that the boiler broke down. I told them there is no hot water in the apartment but after a week they have done nothing and I am still with no hot water. When I meal them they reply with excuses saying they are tracking down the contractors to get an estimate or that they have contacted the landlord but got an out of office reply. Avoid Martin & Co at all cost, they don't care about you they just care about not upsetting the landlord. Check their reviews in Trustpilot for more accurate ones

22nd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

Nothing was ever too much trouble when calling, each of the team being extremely good and conscientious whenever we called and all matters were dealt with rapidly and efficiently. Dealing with the team certainly changed my mind on that there is lot more to selling a house than it just appearing on "Right Move". Thanks to you all and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone wanting sell or purchase a home through you. 5 Stars all the way.

18th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)One of the worst companies - a young lady came to present viewing of the flat, what she did was only to open the doors. That's it. She didn't know anything about the flat. She even didn't know information from the advert, was not polite and was defensive on any question. Even if you put application form for the flat, the agency does not send you any confirmation, a few weeks without any feedback from the company - very poor quality

23rd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

15th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Hampsons have been on point from the first moment we met them. They've been honest,upfront, realistic and they've done everything they promised. Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.
