The property guidance and support from Jane started long before our recent sale and really helped us focus on the actions we needed to take before we went to market in order to make our property appealing to prospective buyers. Professionalism and integrity, when the very rapid offer and sale of our property came and throughout the process helped make the transaction as smooth as possible. We would happily recommend Naylors to anyone looking for that little extra support to get the right advice about the housing market in South Leicestershire and beyond. We could not be more delighted with the overall outcome, which Jane and Naylors had a very significant part in making this a successful sale.

My experience with Nina was marred by a complete lack of care, professionalism, and competence, making it necessary for me to share my negative experience with others. From the beginning of our engagement, it was evident that Lotus Residential Agent did not prioritize their responsibilities or demonstrate a genuine concern for their clients. Communication was consistently poor, with unanswered phone calls, and when responses were provided, they were often delayed or failed to address my concerns adequately. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling neglected and frustrated! In addition, Lotus Residential Agent showed a concerning lack of attention to detail and an inability to handle crucial aspects of their job effectively. These errors not only caused additional stress for me but also raised serious doubts about their competence and commitment to their profession.This lack of competence eroded my trust in Lotus Residential Agent and left me questioning their ability to fulfill their role as a reliable and competent estate agent. Given the numerous shortcomings and frustrations I experienced with Lotus Residential Agent, I strongly advise caution when considering their services. My hope is that this review will prompt the company to reflect on their practices and take appropriate measures to ensure that future clients do not encounter the same level of disappointment and dissatisfaction. Thanks to a lovely landlord who has made an extreme effort to solve the issue! He does not need an agent! First time in my renting years I have seen a landlord deal with things directly and come to the flat and make us feel at ease!

31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

7th Sep 2024 (13 days ago)They valued our property within a price band that other agents had also suggested. After 4 weeks on the market they insisted that we immediately drop the price by 10%. This scuppered our plans to relocate to a similar quality house and will mean reducing our standard of accommodation. All this has left our life in limbo and wasted 12 months of our lives. Booked viewings were cancelled at the last minute

Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home. Thank you Mike and Gino from Homesale for going the extra mile for us, and supporting us every step of the way.
