9th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Abysmally unprofessional treatment of prospective renters. Treated like we're disposable and unworthy..Hello! We are your potential CUSTOMERS! Couldn't even have the courtesy to advise that the property had been taken off the market.Especially annoying as time and effort went into arranging to view the property including the online pre reference rent form which was one of the fiddliest and chunkiest forms I've ever completed.
8th May 2024 (12 days ago)Maintenance team very proffesional helen was prompt dealing with electrical issue however other issues weren't dealt with ie front door light. .as a town councillor we have a duty of care to our people. In the town. I've had to log it with housing officer. .

The team there, in particular Shauna, managed the process superbly (and quickly) and dealt with my family and I in the most caring, empathetic and efficient manner. As you can read, we would most highly recommend !

30th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)I visited Lytham St Anne's and I think I want to live there one day. So I checked out properties on here. Seems upmarket as it is there are some stunning properties in my price range.
24th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)I want to pass on my greatest of compliments to Rick, who showed me and my mum (virtually) around a property this evening. For the past 12 months I have been driving up and down the Fylde coast looking at properties for my mum to buy. We have been through most estate agents, and what I can tell you is, Rick has been by far the best estate agent I have ever come across. He was polite, professional, didn’t rush me (given that it was 5pm) and gave me the time to properly inspect the property. County Estate Agents have been the most thorough and prepared. If awards were given out, I would be nominating your company. Rick said the director was his immediate line mananger. I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to Rick and the company as a whole. I work with clients on a daily basis, and the likes of Reeds Rains, Entwhistle Green to name a few, are no comparison to the level of service we have received so far. So much so, that if the sale goes through, my parents would most likely ask you to sell their property off the back of my recommendation.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

28th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)In the recent past I’ve had dealings with other agents including online agents and have been very disapointed, Unique has proved to be unique. I’ve been so surprised both as a buyer and a seller at the attention to detail, the enthusiasm and professionalism. I know that it is advisable to get quotes from 3 agents before selling but given past experience I stuck with Unique from the beginning and have not regretted it. I would advise anyone looking for value for money to look no further.

However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude. Particularly the unbiased support we got from Harvey as buyers towards a short term let due to delays in buying the property was the most helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks Harvey!
