Within a week I had numerous offers to choose from. On accepting the offer, the process has been very quick and smooth. I had regular updates from Sarah Mains and they were always on hand if I needed them for anything. The whole thing has took a small 12 weeks! I am so impressed with the speed of everything and grateful for the help to sell my home! Thank You

From the initial valuation through to completion, I was guided every step of the way. I am a complete luddite when it comes to online form filling, so probably saw more of the gang than your average customer ( me and Dylan should be exchanging Christmas cards!) My numerous queries, however trivial, were answered quickly and efficiently, by whichever member of the team that was unfortunate enough to take my call. I would not hesitate to recommend the Fenham branch 100%, can't thank the team enough for all their help.

The staff were knowledgable and very experienced and the communication throughout was brilliant. They had the valuation, photographs and upload of our property turned round super quick, which helped with a very speedy sale of our home. Leanne, Olivia and their team were all fantastic acting and following up between me and my buyer. Thank you for making a stressful process hassle free!

Holding deposit is taken immediately (non-refundable), while delays continue. On top of that, responses are often rude and unhelpful.
