9th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)I have just brought a house through pattison lane kettering, from being shown the property with Tiana I knew I was in good hands, she was very honest about the property and didnt give us a hard sale which is very off putting from other estate agents, she gave us time to consider the property with out pressure which was so refreshing, she also did her research on the property and was so informative, she could answer all my questions on the spot. Then Jo and Sadie from the sales team where absolutely fantastic, it was a stressful chain but Jo and Sadie saved my sanity, took so much stress off me and kept on top of chasing the chain for me. They even called me when I was in the new property to check everything was OK and to wish me luck in my new home. All round fantastic service from you three ladies, I couldn't be happier and if I ever move again I will not hesitate to use pattison lane kettering. Thank you for your amazing work ladies! We absolutely love our new home and will be highly recommending yourselves to everyone.

7th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Made an enquiry on shared ownership in Northampton, agent took my details, and I got no call back for next 3 days. Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer. Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them.. Bad service, avoid Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines

Jamie has also been a great help with sourcing our agreement in principle and supporting us to put an offer on a property. Since then he has guided us through the process of our mortgage application as first time buyers and is extremely kind, approachable and easy to make contact with.

They couldn't have done more for us and they were there every step of the way that we needed them. I will be recommending to everyone to utilise the Wonder Team at Richard James! Moreover, April Marks was a godsend. Friendly, proactive and extremely intelligent. She is the best person in estate agency I've come across.

Got a call back the same day I made an inquiry to arrange a veiwing. The application process was so simple, And I got the decision on the day they said. Would recommend.

8th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)I chose Chelton Brown to manage my portfolio based on personal recommendation and my own research. I had a short-list of two agents in the town that I felt stood out as being serious about the lettings business. So many estate agents seem to see lettings as easy money, but are not dedicated to a service model as distinct from the large one-off commission on property sales. Before committing I met with the Managing Director and key people that would support me, my properties, and of course my tenants. 3 years later I continue to grow my portfolio and feel justified in choosing Chelton Brown.

Nothing, and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. Ian handled the sale of our house, and the sale of another we were responsible for. It all went very well; difficult situations were dealt with, with minimal stress to ourselves. The buyer of our house was guided every step of the way, as required. When things looked like going completely wrong Ian stepped in and guided the sale home on time. Legend. Thanks, Winkworth, for all you’re help guidance and understanding.
