25th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Mark Kivell and his team, were brilliant from the beginning to the end whilst dealing with the sale of our Orchard and business. The initial valuation was very professional, yet friendly, and the fact that he had previously sold an Orchard a few years ago, to the fantastic drone footage, and feedback from him as well as his wonderful team. Even in these financially hard times, they achieved an above asking price offer, which proceeded very smoothly to the end. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, all.
23rd Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)We’ve taken a little while to settle into our new home before making this review, As we wanted to make a true and honest review of our experience and how we felt. We went to Abbotts in Cromer to see a mortgage advisor and look at a property we fell in love with on right move. Our mortgage advisor Adam, was amazing. We were shown round by Simon and we loved it. So we put in an offer. This was accepted and the ball got rolling. We then found the communication with abbots go downhill. When we called we were always told they would call us back the same day however each time it was usually about 5 days later and after we already found out the information ourselves from calling the solicitor. So it seemed they were always one step behind. We found this to be annoying and thought maybe this was happening to us because we are first time buyers and we “don’t know any better” but this is just our theory. We were disappointed that the communication broke down. We ended up going through our mortgage advisor for everything instead of the estate agents as we got answers quicker and more efficiently. We would like to thank Adam and Olly at Country wide for going above and beyond for us. We really do think if we would’ve pulled out if it wasn’t for them! On completion day we had to remind them to give us the code to the back door so we could enter our property…as they said Watsons had our front door keys. When we went there they didn’t so it sent us on a wild goose chase to try and find the front door key to the flat building. We were given a number for us to call to organise ourselves to find the keys, which in our opinion this should have been sorted out in day of completion by them. Overall, we are happy we are finally in our home. We wouldn’t use abbots again. I know some people probably have a better experience with them but we unfortunately didn’t. We encourage any first time buyers to look about and ask about the best estate agents etc as we didn’t and we ended up regretting

7th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)It was a very long and exhausting experience selling our house and buying our home. We were originally with another estate agent but soon changed to William H Brown and how glad we did! The staff at Cromer were amazing, they dealt with my questions with so much patience and understanding. They even answered the phone when I’m sure they’d have preferred not to! ???? Thank you so much to the amazing team lead by a great manager. Probably the best estate agent in Norfolk!

We've been booking through them for a good 10 years or more, and they always go out of their way to ensure we have a great stay, whichever rental property we choose. Friendly, helpful and informative, they make the whole experience a joy.

I live abroad and thought that trying to sell a property back home in England was going to be so difficult, however Kivells made it so increadably easy, taking all the pressures and stress off my shoulders, such an amazing experience. I would recommend Kivells to anyone, in a heart beat!! Thank you Sam and your amazing team, for helping me through what could so easily have been a very stressful time!

12th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Admittedly it’s been 18 months since I dealt with Carl at Sbc ,he has a lazy attitude not interested happy to charge me £600 for an advert and rubbish online photos and then pretty much did nothing to try and sell my business I did all the work and still never sold it or got a result waste of money waste of time , like I said it’s been 18 months but I feel I’m still entitled to leave a review. I would never ever recommend them ever to any Buisness , at that time I had an apology email from Carl but I’m sorry it wasn’t enough, my Buisness went stagment online and I lost a fortune , £600 down the drain , take your money then they run .

They gave sound advice and helped us achieve more for our property than was first predicted. Excellent service and we will be recommending their service to family and friends.

27th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Gail and Danielle at Cornwall Estates are a breath of fresh air in the real estate business I feel. They have both been a tower of strength to me and my family during what can be a stressful life event. They have acted efficiently and impeccably right from the start and never too busy to answer or explain the slightest query. I felt very relaxed with them, they always made the buyer viewings at my convenience and I felt very happy to have them show people round my home, even in my absence. These two ladies I would describe as iron fists in velvet gloves - they are sincere, very pleasant and friendly at all times but at the same time very focused and highly professional at all times . I can't recommend them highly enough.

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done. 24th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)An extremely pleasant team, kept us well informed along the way with prompt formal feedback following each viewing. They generated lots of interest in our property and did some of the viewings (having familiarised themselves v well with the property) if needed or if we preferred. We just need to get through the last phase smoothly and we will be very happy ‘bunnies’, thank you.
