21st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)The most rubish estate agent i have ever seen. They only work for comission from landotds, they don’t care about tenants. All tenants just be careful. At first they look ok but this is only fake protend.
10th May 2024 (24 days ago)We made the right choice by having Compass Elevation as our agents to sell our house. Grant and his team went above a beyond in chasing the last person and his solicitor in the chain to get things moving. I would highly recommend Compass Elevation. A job well done.

1st Jan 2024 (22 weeks ago)4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. We asked if we could go multiagency because we weren’t satisfied and were given a clear NO.

Acorn from the start gave us a realistic valuation on our house and guided us all the way through to completion. The team were super helpful and responded back straight away on any question/queries. 31st Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Used Rosedale for the purchase of my house and my agent Becky was amazing! She was really helpful, always got me the answers to any questions and worked very fast. I never had to chase them up at all as they were always on the ball! So good that I had no second thoughts in using them again when it came to selling my house.
22nd Aug 2022 (1 year ago)This company has incompetent staff. I have booked to see one property, came to this property, was waiting for someone to come and show it- but no one came. I've called them and asking how long I need to wait, and they wasn't aware about this. They even didn't noted in their system about this showroom. They even didn't have my contact details. And when I asked them about that property - they told me that it is already letted. Bad service, bad personnel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Waste of time and nerves.
