They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). Thank you!

12th May 2024 (7 days ago)Overall quite good and I would recommend. Fair price (probably smallest on the market), communicatios ok and managed to secure few offers in 3-4 weeks, last one being the final and accepted it. I got slightly more than I would have priced the market but less than the agent marketed it at. It is a bonus as it works out towards more deposit to new house. There were a few things that I would have wanted such as more marketing on more platforms etc however that’s just a small remark. As mentioned very good price and overall quite good company to sell your house with.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!
14th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Spoke to a chap called Adam who was very unprofessional and rude. He spoke on the phone in a condescending way and then responded very unprofessionally when texting to discuss a viewing. I have declined the viewing as a result of this.

She always got back to me if I had any questions with a quick response and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would definitely recommend :)

The agents I spoke to, as they were about to show people round, John and another lady, were delightful to chat with. The listing was efficient and rapid, very accurate drawings and description. I felt that the team knew us, cared about our sale. I felt that they were particularly trustworthy. Its clear they also cared about the buyers. Margetts have a very distinctive personality, I would definitely use Margetts again, and would recommend to anyone in and around Warwick.
