It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

Equally as impressive was Jack the agent who managed all the rental side; they’ve been efficient, communicative, and clearly committed to looking after both the property and the tenants. It’s been such a relief to have two reliable professionals I can trust completely.

As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect — especially as I’d always heard that buying a property can be extremely stressful. However, Pippa made the entire experience feel calm, clear, and well managed from start to finish. She was professional, supportive, and incredibly responsive throughout. She kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or offer reassurance when needed, which made a huge difference. I also briefly met Skye on completion day, who was lovely and very helpful — a really nice touch at the end of the process. What really stood out to me was the warmth and genuine care throughout — it never felt like just a transaction. Everything was handled smoothly, and communication between all parties was excellent. They listened to my preferences regarding listing material. They got the property onto the market swiftly, and they were proactive throughout the sale, helping to keep communication open with the buyer. Charlie in particular also helped to problem solve issues that came up during the process- helping to source firms for fire risk assessments etc. I felt that the team definitely earned their fees, they kept up the momentum, and got the sale through smoothly and swiftly.
