26th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Avoid this Concentric Sales and Lettings Liverpool if you are a tenant. After dealing this Letting Agent and when you're ready to move in is when you will discover the rooms can be in a filthy state with Mould all over the walls, Mound behind furniture, rubbish hid under the bed. I felt the management acted in the spirit of deceitfulness they can suddenly stop returning any emails or phone calls so they can deliberately treat anyone in a horrible manner. The properties are Not cleaned , they try to make the rooms to look like they in a good shape when you view it but when you actually move in you discover the truth how dishonest they are, all the repairs that have never been done, then if you email them you will be ignored. They will make sure you sign the contract away from the property so they can hide the problems. They act like scammers . You can email them , ring them they will ignore you provide they have taken your money and lure you into a situation to make you sign a document or they will not give you the keys. Very disgusting unprofessional attitude.
12th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)At the end of tenancy, they don't respond to emails regarding the return of the deposit, TDS also didn't get any response from them , poor communication and poor service , not what you'd expect after renting from them for over 10 years . Avoid

30th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Had the absolute worst experience with Sutton Kersh - avoid!! I was purchasing my first house through them and it took around 28 weeks to get the keys from when my offer was accepted. I felt like I constantly had to chase them and was never given an update, I feel like I was always having to offer up potential solutions, the manager was always condescending probably because I’m young/a first time buyer. I was consistently told “it’s just a lengthy process” and 26 weeks into the sale the manager told me “there’s nothing anyone in this office can do for you” - even though at this point the seller and their solicitor had made the case a priority as it has been going on for so long. Once I was told to wait till the end of the week for an update, called back and the manager simply said “no, nothing in the inbox” and I had to ask if she was going to do anything about it or if she was just going to sit and wait potentially several more weeks for a response, she wasn’t very willing to help unless pressed and I feel like her attitude and overall level of service were shockingly bad, I couldn’t believe that she was the manager. After the sale, the seller was reimbursing something their solicitor was meant to pay for but mine charged me for, I sent an email about this to ask them to contact the seller and I never heard back, they didn’t care once the sale was through. However, on the other hand, months into the sale my case was handed over to Mary Kate and she was amazing, her personally I would give 5 stars to. I called so many times and sent so many emails and she was always happy to help and seems like she actually did her job in chasing the seller and trying to get the sale through, rather than just sitting back waiting for a response and hoping something would change. She never made me feel like I was being unreasonable by calling for an update and never minimised the situation, in all honestly think she would be a much better manager.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%

The photographs and virtual tour of the property were exceptional the best ones out there where comparing to other agents. For Sale sign up immediately and supported very well with sale negotiation. Estimated value of property spot on. Sold within one weekm

I was updated at every step from the start to completion. I’d recommend Belvoir Haydock to anyone thinking of selling their property in the most stress free way! Special thanks to Lynn, Julie and Cath who I had the most communication with. Great team of hard working ladies.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
