Lorraine was then an amazing help getting us all set up and organised for our move. Was an extremely smooth process with great communication. Excellent service all round!
31st Mar 2026 (4 days ago)As a commercial cleaning company, we deal with many letting agencies across central Scotland and beyond. We work closely with Slater Hogg Falkirk amongst others. Garry and Ryan (SHH Lettings Team) really stand out from the crowd. Communication is always clear, professional, and timely, which makes coordinating EOT cleans and property access very straightforward. From a contractor perspective, both are proactive, organised, and a real pleasure to deal with. Any issues are handled efficiently and fairly, and they make working together easy and stress-free. We value the relationship greatly and would happily recommend them to landlords and contractors alike.

From our very first viewing to completion, Gil was consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. 24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Buyers and Sellers - Avoid! Based on my recent experiences as a prospective buyer, I would strongly advise both buyers and especially sellers to avoid using Clyde Properties. I attempted to arrange viewings with them on two separate occasions, and both interactions were consistently disappointing. Despite advertising “appointment only” viewings, they offered only open viewings. At the first property, it was clear that many attendees believed they had private appointments. The agent on site took no interest in the viewing, offered no information about the property, and repeatedly responded with “refer to the home report” to even basic questions. They appeared unfamiliar with the property and disengaged throughout. A second attempt to view another property was just as frustrating. Although the listing went live early in the week, the only viewings offered were during working hours on Friday and Monday. Despite requesting an alternative time well before the closing date, they made no effort to arrange one. Having sold a home through a different agency, the contrast in service quality was stark. Clyde Properties showed little willingness to work with buyers, and based on many other reviews I have since read, this seems to be a common complaint. For sellers, this lack of engagement is particularly concerning; an agency uninterested in supporting buyers will inevitably impact interest and offers. With so many other agencies offering far better service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I will avoid properties listed with Clyde in the future, and it appears many others feel the same.- 6th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)Clyde property Stirling have recently sold our house. It took slightly longer than I had hoped for but at the end of the day we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Carol was our main point of contact and she was great especially towards the end when things got a bit frantic with 3 offers in the space of a couple of days. Whilst our property was on the market we dealt with a number of people in the Stirling office and all of them were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the pre registration service with Clyde so we were ready to go when we found a property we wanted to go for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde to sell your home. Very professional from start to finish.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

They marketed our property professionally, kept us well informed throughout, and handled negotiations smoothly. The whole process felt well managed and far less stressful than we expected.
