We were first-time buyers and from the initial phone calls David was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and always willing to go the extra mile. He guided us through the process, offering support and advice which allowed the experience to be as stress free as possible. The whole team offered amazing customer service, thank you all! We also worked with David from Countrywide Mortgage Services who again offered amazing customer service and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. As first-time buyers we valued the time David took in providing ongoing advice and support which allowed us to make informed decisions for our mortgage. Thank you! We would highly recommend both to anyone looking for a home and mortgage.
2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Terrible tactics by these so-called estate agents. The seller backed out last minute without an explanation. So I decided to knock on his door and have a chat. He revealed that Prime Estate agent "Bash" has been constantly knocking his door, telling him his making a mistake and can get more money for the property if he sold it through him. The seller eventually gave in and decided to sell the house through them. I only found out on the day of the exhange that I have been gazumped. I lost around £2000 in fees due to the cheap tactics by Prime Estates. This should be illegal! Shows how low they will stoop to get the sale. The worst thing is the house was sold a further 6 months later for only £2495 more than I offered! What a joke! I will never use this scam of a company and advise everyone else to do the same.

As a first-time buyer there were many aspects I was unfamiliar with, but David/Amelia were always on hand to provide support and ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .
