29th Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)Having sold our previous property through the excellent service of another branch of Savills, we registered with the Telford branch to search for a purchase in this area. Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.
30th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)I didn't find Eden Midcalf proactive enough. Whether this was due to current market or not. So I decided to try another agent for a fresh start.
10th Dec 2023 (10 mo. ago)One of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile, from the moment our listing went live we've had numerous issues with things being missing from the listing and then having to wait a week at a time for them to be added. Garage missing from the floor plan, bathroom missing from the overview, entire internal specifications missing from the description and then a month down the line noticing the EPC was never added even though we've got a valid EPC. The frustrating thing is that all of the above information was given before the listing went on and it was all still disregarded. When we emailed regarding our disappointment in the whole process and the fact we might want to take our listing down because it had been inaccurate for so long, it was gone within 24 hours with no response to our email. You can clearly see where priorities lay here.
9th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend Balfours, Allister and his team worked extremely hard to sell my mothers property recently keeping as well I formed and giving good advice throughout. Would definitely use this estate agency again!

Everyone who looked at the house said that the photos were excellent and a fair representation of the house. During the sale the staff in the office were fantastically helpful and as our sale took place on Saturday it was great that the office was open all day. An amazing service.

31st Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

I was so well supported throughout all the trials and tribulations of selling and buying. She was extremely pro-active and super quick at getting things sorted out with solicitors and estate agents. A “real person”, she was always there at the end of the phone or responding to messages, including outside of regular business hours - unlike my previous experiences of officious agents “not at their desk” or waiting hours for a return call. I cannot recommend her highly enough - her business ethics, efficiency, marketing and personal service are amazing. 5*- This agent doesn't have any reviews
