Her communication was sublime, she made us feel valued and took any and all of our concerns and queries seriously, was never patronising or belittling when we asking simple questions. Helpful the whole way through background administration / reference checks etc and reassuring through this process which can feel invasive. Never once felt judged, Lydia is a total proffersional and made the whole process stress free and as enjoyable as moving can be. I now live in my dream location, all thanks to Lydia and the hard work she and her team did in helping us get over the line. Lydia is an ambassador to Reeds Rains, a real credit to the company and I can not thank her enough for her exceptional level of customer service.

The following weeks saw a thoroughly professional, but friendly and helpful process from Sarah, Sue and Helen. Once we had a buyer, Helen looked after us every step of the way and we felt that we were very closely supported throughout our first move in 40 years. Thank you Hobbs Parker, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

As well as handling the normal things with efficiency, speed and competence, they have gone above and beyond, for instance helping me with mortgage arrangements, recommending surveyors and smoothing out stressful and difficult situations. Highly recommended!
