2nd Jan 2024 (20 weeks ago)Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with never sorted any of the problems we reported, that needed fixing always had to do it myself to then be told I didn’t have permission to do that. there rude on the phone when you call them about a issue. and trying to get my deposit back was a issue I was always having to chase for it back and after about a month I still didn’t get the full amount Avoid at all cost

Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me excellent advice and even suggested services I may need. They have superb local knowledge and a good price for the house I was selling. I could not praise them highly enough and would recommend anyone to use them if they want a professional caring service.

22nd Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Ruby was absolutely brilliant at helping us see the property…she was friendly, helpful and professional. Ruby dealt with the awkward situation (not her fault) of not having the right key for the property very well by putting us at ease and came back out to the property to meet us again the following day.

I have been a tenant for 9 years and they have always sorted things out, helped me with any problems and always got any jobs completed. They use/work with local contractors and they are great as well. No job is too small. They all have looked after me really well as a tenant. Thank you so much.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

7th May 2024 (13 days ago)Linda at H20 gave excellent service throughout a rather gruelling experience due to an online solicitor chosen by the buyer. Linda delivered excellent customer service, is very knowledgeable, a good communicator and provided the sort of service that quite frankly is quite difficult to find in this modern era. Based inside the Marina itself, H20 are the perfect agent to use for a purchase/sale in the Marina. Highly Recommended.
16th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I removed my house to another agent after the agreed period because Taylors were awful. They overpriced the house to begin with which resulted in no viewings whatsoever (365,000) I was told they would come and put a board up in the front garden but never happened. The photos that were taken of my property were done on a mobile phone which were poor with no lighting and no use of a drone which had been spoken about previously. I had no communication until just before Christmas when they phoned and asked if I would agree to put my house in the Boxing Day sale at a reduced price of £350,000 to which I agreed to. Still no viewings and no communication until just before the end of the agreed date they called and asked if they could show a couple around which they did. A few days later I emailed them to get feedback on the viewing and changed agents. I would definitely not recommend Taylors.

20th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
25th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Pilkingtn Estates were the first firm to give us an estimate incorporating a range of prices which could influence how rapidly the property achieved a sale. Their descriprion of the prooperty was entirely positive with no sense olf overselling it to potential buyers.

We're so thankful to Callum and the gang for taking the lead on a very long chain. They successfully completed it in a good time while managing a number of other agents involved in the chain. Amazing job! Can't thank them enough and highly recommend.
3rd May 2024 (17 days ago)Well they must have lots of business as I called them and spoke to a lady who took my details (which were already on their system) as I was looking to sell or rent my property out, but have never received a call back or email so after a week of waiting I went to fulfords, who have already been out, no emails or missed calls on my landline of mobile from them , bit silly really but if they can’t manage a call back…..
