30th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I cannot recommend Liam and his team enough. Although I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding ring, which did not seem much out of the ordinary, I was finding it difficult to find what I wanted in the usual places. eventually I found Liam's website and an example of what I had been thinking about already present. I was then able to book a one to one session to go over size and material as well as costs and timings at short notice (between lockdowns). This was followed up by another individual sit down with the team to ensure I was happy with the ring as it was being made to order for me. I was allowed see the digital mock-up, select the materials and everything else you might want. I was given advice on what combinations would work, how to care for the material and everything was carried out in a highly professional manner.- 28th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Great guy who came and valued our house. I think they need to think about various ways to improve the marketing of properties, rather than just suggesting reducing the price. Anyone can process a sale but not many can sell! Thats the difference.

The second couple put in an offer immediately after their viewing and ADM negotiated to an acceptable price in a couple of days. Both sides are very happy thanks to Alethea and the ADM team. We were buying a house through them, and not only did Mell provide great service with that side, but also went above and beyond in aiding us in the selling of our property. This was incredibly helpful as she was able to coordinate a particularly sticking move which threatened to derail the chain. We had found our future home and needed to sell ours quickly to ensure our offer would be accepted. We contacted EweMove on a Wednesday, Martin came to our house Thursday morning, the advert was live by Friday & the house had 12 viewings booked in for Bank Holiday Monday & Wednesday evening. The house was sold by the Wednesday, 7 days after initial contact. This service is unheard of and completely blew us away. Martin was unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely generous with his time. We were made to feel like his only client despite his busy workload & nothing was too much trouble. We will never use another estate agent and will recommend Martin & EweMove to everybody we know. We can't thank you enough Martin.

16th May 2024 (4 days ago)Haydon was very good at keeping me informed and advising me. Had an offer almost immediately unfortunately the chain fell through but a few weeks later it’s under offer again. The only reason they lost a star for value for money is I think all estate agents are expensive and should do more of a fixed price rather than a percentage.
