29th Oct 2015 (8 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)
6th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)In all our dealings with Jackson-Stops we have always found them to be honest, helpful, and extremely realistic on house prices, not over inflating prices just to win business. They also give every purchaser a fair chance organising proper viewing schedules for properties. All the staff are very knowledgeable about each property also so whether I get Ginny, Alex, Victoria or another member of staff I always get my queries answered if not immediately then certainly the same day. An extremely refreshing and much appreciated attitude from an estate agent!

2nd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Chaffers Estate Agents in Gillingham have been our agents of choice on multiple occasions when selling our property, we’ve explored other agents however from experience, Chaffers are our top choice! The entire team have been so helpful in assisting us with both selling & buying property, I’d highly recommend their services to anyone looking to navigate the property market. In particular we have always dealt with Kelly within the Gillingham branch and I can vouch that her knowledge and customer care is second to none. We will most certainly look to use Kelly at Chaffers when the time comes for us to find our forever home.
26th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Over valued our property at £1,500,000. Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.

The high standard of the house details attracted several companies from outside wanting to market my property. I would not hesitate in recommending the whole team at the Gillingham office to others. I am thankful I chose them .

All staff dealt with have been incredibly unpleasant, contentious, arrogant, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. This includes the practice manager who failed to respond appropriately or professionally to a complaint. I am contemplating taking further action.

We were also really pleased with the photos and video they created to show our home to prospective buyers. They were understanding of our home and sensitive to our requests as a young family. Thank you - particularly to Martina who was amazing.

The expertise of the company excels all others that I have dealt with and throughout the dealings all the staff have had my interest at heart. Thoroughly professional and I would not hesitate to recommend and use their services again. I was at all times kept up to date with the ever changing course of events.

All staff were friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. Selling my flat through them was a largely painless experience.

16th May 2024 (4 days ago)Unfortunately a viewer was booked and although the estate agent waited for them they didn’t arrive for the viewing. I was not informed of this. I called the office 3 days later and I was then informed after a call back that the viewer had not turned up. My partner, child and dog vacated the property for the viewing and it was raining that day. We were not informed when they could return to the flat.
