They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). Thank you!

Having purchased a property through them last year we did not hesitate to think of using them to sell our house this year. Andrew and his team are possibly the most professional estate agents my husband and I have ever used (and we have used a lot!). Andrew's communication throughout each process was fantastic, always there to lend advice or to listen to stressed clients have a moan! Without doubt, they will be our first choice of estate agents should we need one in the future.

4th May 2024 (16 days ago)Mark David ‘MD’ do not follow The Property Ombudsman Code ‘TPO.’ I terminated MD. When I later exchanged contracts, MD invoiced in full. Successful agent said MD not entitled to Dual Fees given no Effective Introduction, which MD accept. So I queried the invoice. 35 minutes later, and not addressing the TPO points, MD threatened court. Despite MD being in breach of contract, the court found for them under an Agency Terms tail. Learnings: i. TPO must take precedence in the contract; ii. MD are highly litigious

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!
