12th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)We first met Jilly Wellman when we were considering selling our house several years ago now. We were dissatisfied with the agent at that time and found Jilly so helpful even though not her clients that we vowed to contact her in the future. We withdrew our property from the market at that time. So, having lived at our current address for 29 years we decided to sell and contacted Jilly. Obviously, out of touch with the selling process and anxious about it, Jilly was immediately reassuring and was so enthusiastic about our property and conveyed confidence in getting a sale that we took re-assurance from that. Throughout the whole process she kept in touch, put suitable people forward for viewings, answered all emails and texts promptly. She introduced her colleague who would occasionally stand in for her and showed her around. She also communicated when her colleague was doing the viewings. She assured us she would be with us every step of the way and she was. The thing that is striking is after many years doing her job she is so enthusiastic and competent and goes out of her way to be helpful and clearly loves meeting her clients. We were also very happy with the price she pitched our property at. A gem of an agent! I would also like to say how helpful and welcoming Jo Windsor and Diana Steer were in the process of our sale. In view of our experience, I would certainly recommend Strutt & Parker Estate Agents.
10th May 2024 (10 days ago)Hardings were fantastic at helping my fiancé and I find our first home together in Windsor. Everything was handled with speed and very efficiently. It was really great to have one person take us through the entire process from showing us the property to handing over the keys and everything that was required in between. Lydia was our agent and she has been brilliant.
28th Feb 2016 (8 years ago)I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.
14th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)A really bad experience of using Cameron king to manage my property. They Protected the tenants deposit after 30 days of receiving the deposit moneys from the tenants. I ended up returning the deposit to the tenants even before the tenancy ended

He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

1st Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
