24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

21st Apr 2023 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation with Adam to completion with Jo, the whole team took care of everything for me including accompanying prospective buyers and held my hand through the whole process. I have to be honest it’s been quite a lengthy journey and I couldn’t have done it without their dedication to the final goal. They kept me up to date every step of the way and always on hand should I need any assistance or re-assurance. Certainly would recommend.

8th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Used Taylors as they are the biggest in the area and also they valued the property higher than other agents. I was sceptical about the high price but Liam was confident we would get near it - how right he was . Excellent process and communication so far

A total professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

2nd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Dourish and Day made the process of selling our home very simple. They were efficient with communication and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Couldn’t fault them. They’re also open for longer hours than other estate agents so it is good when it’s a weekend/evening enquiry.

13th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)I can’t even express properly my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Move Inn Estate Agents. Our experience as tenants was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the agency demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and competence. We consistently encountered delays and negligence in fulfilling their basic responsibilities. Rent payments were always made on time, yet we were repeatedly harassed for late payments. The property we rented was in a deplorable state of repair. Despite numerous requests, the agency consistently failed to address urgent maintenance issues. We were forced to rectify most problems ourselves, including electrical faults that posed a serious risk to our family's safety. Had we not taken swift action, the consequences could have been catastrophic. They always laid the blame on the landlord stating the repairs are not done by the landlord. Upon checking with the landlord we found out the landlord was never intimated about any issues. Upon vacating the property, we were astonished to discover that they made fraudulent deductions from our deposit claiming £500 for “putting a new sink because the original one had scratches”. Their claims were entirely baseless, and their refusal to respond to our emails in a timely manner added insult to injury. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice. Their disregard for tenant welfare was unacceptable. I’ve attached some of the comms on the reviews for everyone to see how badly organised they are.
