Absolutely amazing experience with all staff members; Reo and Niall, both very professional and friendly, but most importantly, Simon Massey who has gone above and beyond for my mother-in-law while selling and buying her properties recently. My mother-in-law has needed alot of support as we live approx 160 miles away and she has health issues. Simon was absolutely wonderful to her and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Always remember not many things in life run smoothly and there are always hiccups, but with the excellent service that Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse provides, you know things will run as smoothly as they can be. Thank you guys for all your help and support.

Constant and regular communication throughout the whole process. Phoebe has made the process stress-free, easy and fast. She has explained every detail of each step and has answered any questions that we have had, and we had a lot! Phoebe is friendly, approachable and professional and we couldn't have wished for a better advisor. She helped us to find the perfect home and pointed us in the direction of a brilliant solicitor. We are now awaiting a move in date and couldn't be happier. She is an asset to the team! The team also helped us when looking for properties and made sure that we were able to look at properties on the market as soon as they were available. We received emails about the latest properties and when we contacted to book a viewing, we always received a fast response.

We had a really difficult journey with our house move/purchase, and Nicola and the team could not have been more supportive throughout the many months. They were always happy to be a listening ear to any concerns (or rambles!), and help us in any way they could. They were incredible on moving day when things became extra stressful, and their support was hugely appreciated! ??

26th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Our house was on the market for over 48 weeks with Reeds Rains(RR) in that time we had 2 viewings, yes the timing did not help with Truss and then mortgage and utility rises but I can count on one hand the amount of times RR called they did not offer any support, whatsoever. The only times I spoke to them was when I went in and when they advised that we had viewers. I did say they needed to have an out of hours mobile which they could take in turns to take home, until about 9pm - because if no one turns up for a viewing on Saturday morning (which we had) there is nobody to contact until Monday morning. Absolute rubbish service!

Lovely bunch of people.- 7th May 2024 (2 days ago)William H Brown Bawtry has so far been a very poor experience. I was interested in a property, called and spoke to an agent her name was Ellie. She said "hold on" then disappeared off the phone for ages without explaining why. She was obviously asking for info on the property and came back without an apology for leaving me hanging. The property though I was told had gone to sealed envelope bids (after only being on the market for a week!), yet still appears on Rightmove. I emailed 3 weeks after the sale to ask if it was still available and as yet have had no reply. All in all a very unprofessional neglectful company and will not be in a hurry to use nor recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
