An extremely disappointing service from.a local estate agents handling a sale and rental. On the sales side, the inaccurate reports and innovative stories were annoying and failed to listen to the customer. On the rental side, a failure to support a remote landlord was unhelpful and on both sides only the minimum was carried out. Obviously a year or so ago someone was much more efficient but the experience we had was dreadful.

Absolutely faultless service provided. Tammi has dealt with our purchase from negotiations through post sale and to completion. We have never in our lives come across an estate agent like her or like this company. I would not hesitate to sell my property with these. The level of professionalism, understanding and communion is definitely head an shoulders above any estate agent know of. Well done and thank you Tammi and your team. Still not adding metres to some of the floor plans. I have previously fed this back to them and said it would be easier because feet and inches for room so sizes mean nothing to the younger generation (and I’m in my 30’s)! It seems to only happen on the houses I want to see sizes of rooms for - so I have to come out of the floor plan, look at the description (where they do have them in metres), write them down then go back into the floor plan. Such a waste of my time, it makes me not want to use them, however they do seem to get the good housing stock.

Having agreed a cost for a property and the promise that the property was being withdrawn from the property market I whitnessed another viewing taking place at the property. I received a call from the manager saying I would have to increase my offer to secure the building. I declined to to do this as I consider it sharp practice and unethical. I had already incurred costs moving funds around to pay the agreed cost of the property.

This agency needs to work on its customer service skills. In fairness we were running late because of unexpected roadworks. I called to explain and the agent was clearly annoyed and said we would need to look round quickly as he had to be somewhere else which I completely understand. When we finally got there after over an hour of travelling the agent had left. I was fine with that, it was totally our fault. I called the office just to check in case he was inside the house but as soon as he knew who I was he hung up on me! I know we were at fault in this situation but I don't expect to be treated like that.
