Recently concluded a long-term Letting agreement with Alasdair Morrison’s. Nothing but positive experiences - very polite, professional and so easy to communicate with.

An extremely disappointing service from.a local estate agents handling a sale and rental. On the sales side, the inaccurate reports and innovative stories were annoying and failed to listen to the customer. On the rental side, a failure to support a remote landlord was unhelpful and on both sides only the minimum was carried out. Obviously a year or so ago someone was much more efficient but the experience we had was dreadful.

I was very disappointed by the service I received. I would not recommend using this agent. They made me feel like a nuisance for wanting to know what was happening with my own property. They didn’t pass information on and also let the tenant answer questions about my property from my buyers which was inappropriate

Wish I could put no stars, not gonna waste loads of time writing out how bad they are but let’s just say they don’t care about how you live, man, woman or child, it don’t matter to them as long as they’re making money.
